E1 Team Miami will operate under the expert management of Victory Team, a powerhouse with a remarkable 30-year legacy in powerboat racing. With an impressive track record of 25 world championships and an astounding 600 podium finishes, Victory Team stands as a symbol of excellence.
The collaboration reflects Victory Team’s commitment to sports development and innovation, and also aligns with the Dubai government’s initiatives towards promoting sustainability and a greener planet. The partnership is a reflection of Team Miami’s desire to win the inaugural E1 Championship.
Currently, Victory Team actively participates in the Formula 1 Powerboat World Championship and achieved an impressive second position in the 2023 world championship.
Victory Team will assume a pivotal role in overseeing the racing operations of Team Miami. Their responsibilities encompass professional management, ensuring Team Miami functions as a top-tier racing entity. This includes providing the team with a dedicated team principal, two skilled mechanics, a performance engineer, and the esteemed Erik Stark, a world champion pilot from Victory Team.
